Hi luvs, I’m Nathalie, the self-taught baker behind Nat’s Bakery. My journey started during my pregnancy, when I had to step away from waitressing because the work became too heavy. In those final months, I returned to one of my lifelong loves — baking.

One night I made cake pops and thought, “What if I could sell these?” I didn’t think much of it until one order turned into another, and then another. Two years later, I’ve created countless cakes and cake pops, and what started as a simple idea has grown into a thriving business.

After moving to Florida, Nat’s Bakery found even more success, giving me the opportunity to create custom cakes and desserts for weddings and special celebrations. These days, I spend my time raising my beautiful daughter — and during her naps, you’ll find me in the kitchen baking cakes and dipping cake pops.

I am completely self-taught, dedicated to turning desserts into edible art. Every recipe is crafted from scratch, tested until perfect, and made with love. Baking isn’t just my business — it’s my passion, and I’m honored to share it with you.
